Update:> Added HYBRID SHUTDOWN for Windows 8.
> Right click on the skin. Than change the variants to [Windows 8+]
A Minimal Shutdown skin for Rainmeter.
Hybrid Shutdown, Shutdown, Restart, Logoff, Lock, Sleep.
4 color variants.
Sliding Panel.
Drag by moving cursor at the panel.

Works just like explained! Only qualm would be to have a variation where it comes from the other direction.

Hybrid Shutdown is not working.

I am now running Windows 8 and Hybrid Shutdown is working quite fine.
Please Make sure that you have not disabled "Turn on fast startup" on Power button options.
(Press "Winkey + Q" then search "power button")
If it is disabled Hybrid Shutdown will not work.
