Aah!! ;__; I wish i could do this!! I'll ahve to mess around with Paintshop Pro 9 in order to get something close to this.. I really wanna be able to get this affect, because tehre's a picture that I REALLY wanna do, but it requires like a blurry-like/soft glow-like affect. ;__; Arr... opencanvas is a program XD I think you can get opencanvas 1 for free somewhere if you look it up in googles but not sure if it has the same options as to what I'm using(oc4.06)

That's a very useful tutorial (just one mistake because I'm french : You should have said "Et voilΓ " instead of "Est voilΓ " because "est" is the verb "Γͺtre" (be) with "il" or "elle" ("he" and "she"), and "et" is "and". But, of course, you already knew this, I think...)
