That's an interesting... "rant". Hands really are hard to draw. I remember putting all the character's hands behind them, so I won't have to focus on drawing such difficult things. But you're 100% right. Even if you draw something shitty, you're one shitty drawing closer to drawing something good. It's really great to hear something like this from someone, who seems to know how to draw things. I mean... some people just look like they magically CAN draw stuff, you don't see all the shitty sketches and practices. So this tutorial helps a lot!

To be honest I love to draw hands. Even at the times I have trouble, they were always the easiest part in my drawings. The only probelm is when you don't know what they look like if it holds a pencil or chopsticks.
