Description Although they don't share these top three are related, like Rose Quartz, I honestly believe there's a theory that Stanley Pines (Grunkle Stan) was actually a reincarnation of Bill Cipher while the The PowerPuff Girls are actually made of remnants of Aku's blood (aka Chemical X). I think the black slime that made Spear Hulk out was both Aku's essence and Chemical X. When the champion ape that almost killed Spear drank a drop of it, his skin turned green like how Mojo Jojo's skin turned green when he was exposed the the explosion the Powerpuff Girls were born from.

True but because of both Stan and Steven don't have the memory nor the physical form of there previous counterparts. I would still considered them to be reincarnated.
