Backstory:
Iris grew up on a farm with her parents, brother and grandfather, when she was young her parents started teaching her about farming and when she was old enough her grandfather, a skilled marksmen who fought in the war began teaching her about firearms. she would practice on the shooting range with her grandfather everyday for years until one day he had fallen ill and before he succumbed to his illness he gifted iris his pistol. after he passed, iris continued to practise daily at their shooting range with her grandfather's pistol.
life on the farm for iris had mostly been peaceful until one evening a gang of rustlers attempted to steal their livestock and iris's father was gunned down by one of the gang members, iris fought back and was able to kill one of them but the others had escaped. her father had survived the attack but was left paralysed from the waist down, he was offered augmentations that would help him walk again, but the cost of the surgery was more than they could afford. iris wanted to help her father so she decided to become a bounty hunter to earn enough money for her father's surgery and hopefully find the ones who hurt him.
