Backstory:
Scrapper was once a drug dealer who later began working for the crime-lord Trigger-Happy, his main job like others who worked for Trigger-Happy was to hunt down machines and bring them back to their workshop and dismantled them for parts to sell on the black market.

He had worked in the gang for years however one night, scrapper was caught sleeping with one of trigger-happy's concubines. trigger happy decided to make an example out of him by decapitating him and had his brain placed into a robotic head that was then attached onto his body.
