Old piece of yours, so maybe you won't change it ever, but I feel like the eruption of ground that the wyrm is coming out of is too general and simplistic? It has a certain symmetricality that makes me.. feel like it isn't real. I don't know though, really!

What a spectacular piece! Composition, action, detail... all excellent. Definitely watching now.
Just being nitpicky now, but for a burrowing animal, those trailing tentacles would be a liability, as would the precariously-positioned eyes. They'd risk getting scraped off - oh, who cares, I'm being biological on a painting of a gigantic wurm.
