Thanos can honestly be scaled above zeno,Zeno is bound by time making him only 3d every asgardian from marvel is beyond time literally time does not affect them making them 4d but not entirely above zeno tho. I think you have that backwards.
DB characters take several episodes to power up enough to destroy a planet. Based on what has been shown I am not convinced SSGod forms are not really more powerful than their not-god forms. They work differently allowing them to have more of an effect than before. Even Ultra Instinct is really nothing to be overly amazed at. Beerus showed that going UI only no more than what most martial arts masters can do, rely on instinct and not think anymore. And you can only keep saying the universe changed so they didn't blow it up in one go so many times before it is just poor writing and not really knowing what the flip you were doing. Beerus has skills to allow him to destroy a universe. What they are and how they work is not known, he can also kill a planet like popping a soap bubble, revoke someone's existence, among other things. But these are skills and abilities Goku and Vegeta simply do not have, and likely never will, or else they are irreparably broken as characters.
Darksied's true form can annihilate reality just by existing in it. The guy literally rules a planet he can not actually set foot on. Which sort of makes him incredibly UNFAIR. How do you beat someone who is not actually there yet can kick you ass via avatar? Honestly, I think he f*cks with Superman and Earth because he is bored. Otherwise he'd just take Earth like a ripe apple off a tree. The Omega beams, or Omega Sanction, are not just simple laser beams out of his eyes. They do almost anything, even things that do not make sense, famously including being able to change direction.
Thanos does not need an item of power, such as the Infinity Gauntlet, the Cosmic Cube, or the Heart of the Universe, to crush worlds and even the mightiest heroes usually lose to him very easily. He may not have energy attacks enough to break planets but then he can take it like a water hose off a brick wall. Thanos himself is usually very unfair. It the level cap is LV80 Thanos is LV120+.
I'm guessing that is Anti-monitor on the side. A being MADE of Antimatter whose power encompasses all the universes he has conquered and turned to anti-matter. The more he conquers the stronger he gets. Jiren has NOTHING on Anti-Monitor at all. I don't know much about him except deus ex machina is the only way they have of beating him.
Then there is Galactus. While beatable, brute force has no real effect on him. His power Cosmic is nearly grants him ALL the powers. Add his billions of years of knowledge and experience on top of god-tier levels of power. The fact Silver Surfer, his servant who is far less powerful than Galactus, would trade blows with Goku or Vegeta with little issue put Goku and Vegeta below Galactus if they can even get him to care they exist.
As it is Darkseid, Thanos, Anti-monitor, and Galactus can swipe worlds even how star systems if the need or desire strikes. Thanos and Galactus, if they mean to do so will show up ready to on the spot. Darksied is just playing so has not even really tried to kill a planet. Maybe the biosphere, but not shatter the planet. Anti-Monitor KILLS UNIVERSES.

The weakest there is very likely Thanos if he doesn't have the Infinity Gauntlet. Galactus was only scared shitless by anything like the Ultimate Nullifier and the strongest two there are Darkseid and the Anti-Monitor, the latter wiped out literally nearly infinite universes
