Well get this, he has a "mother" called Perpetua and she's even more powerful than him, being the top Sixth Dimensional being and all. And he has siblings them being the Original Monitor and a being called the World Forger. As the latter's name suggests he's basically the opposite of AM in that he's a creator of multiverses. He usually does his job when a "Crisis" event happens as in you know like the one AM did. When a multiverse gets too damaged due to a Crisis event his forge will activate and he'll create a new multiverse to replace the current one affected by a Crisis.

OK, let me make this abundantly clear. Galactus is weak only when he's hungry. When fully fed, he destroys entire universes. He's literally an abstract concept of the universe. And he's a fucking reality warper. He snaps his fingers, and Goku and Vegeta turn into babies and die from oxygen deprivation.
Also, there's the Anti-Monitor. He's a being of pure anti-matter. If either Goku or Vegeta touched him, they'll explode. He's a literal walking Hakai that took MULTIPULE versions of different heroes across the multiverse to fight him. The dude erases reality just by existing.
I'm sorry, but compared to the utterly INSANE bullshit Marvel and DC have pulled, DB is leagues below.

Did I say anything about Anti Monitor? I have followed that monster on and off since I was 4. Now, I think the Sayans could still beat him with the right weapons, but that no more lowers their odds then during the War of Light did for the Lanterns and Justice League.
Of course, now that we know what we know about the Black Lanterns, containing the Anti-Monitor is FAR more important then daring to kill him, even when you can.
As for Galactus, the strategy of denying him food is very effective. Evacuation then kill everything left behind, or teleport the whole planet to another system out of his reach. Both are available to Sayens. You could use the Dragon Balls to wish all living star systems in his flight path to be relocated to another galaxy. Burn or hide the crops as you retreat, so to speak. Wait until he was weak enough, then 💥

ONE of these guys would be more than enough of a problem for the two of them... but ALL FOUR? That's... that's just mean.
Darkseid and Thanos would probably be the only two of these guys who would even bother with fighting Vegeta and Goku... at least Thanos would do it just for shits and giggles.
Galactus and the Anti-Monitor are entirely different leagues from the gathered characters.
The Power Cosmic which fuels Galactus's power is so broadly-defined that it's not even funny how badly that would go for them. Here's the shortest definition as to the power Galactus wields that I could find:
"The Power Cosmic allows Galactus to employ the available absorbed cosmic energies within him to produce nearly any effect he desires, including size-alteration, the molecular restructuring and transmutation of matter, the teleportation of objects—even entire galaxies—across space and time, the creation of force fields, the creation of interdimensional portals, telepathy, telekinesis, and cosmic awareness on a universal scale. Galactus has even been shown as capable of creating sentient life, resurrecting the dead, manipulating mortal souls and remaking dead worlds—including their populations—in every detail."
The only thing that could possibly work in the two Saiyans's favor is that Galactus doesn't like to waste this accrued energy frivolously. Best case scenario he'd probably just send them back to their home dimension than have to really bother with it. Granted... that's if he even bothers with openly confronting them... and not sending his current herald/heralds to face off against Goku and Vegeta... and usually those guys aren't even remotely pushovers because they have access to the same power as their boss. Granted not nearly as much as the Big G... but still enough to be a major problem.
Though this version of the Anti-Monitor seems to be based more on the 'New 52' iteration, it's still REALLY terrible news. While he might not be, yet, to the levels of his 1980's incarnation's levels (who was at times casually tanking attacks from pre-Crisis versions of Superman)... he's still destroying and consuming realities to power himself. AND he seems to possess the much-vaunted 'Anti-Life Equation' which is something even the Saiyans would have nothing to protect themselves from... as it basically grants it's user total control over others, down to motor functions even.
Though it would be interesting to see such a crossover... though I seriously doubt it'd end well for the two heroes. They'd need help in the end.
