First of all, i really like the lighting you have for this area, the mixture of blue and white lighting generates (at least for me) a less stressful area to exercise. The large amounts of metal also make the room look very proffessional.
This looks like it would be on the top of an office building, a place for employees to go to after work and do some exercising. (gets rid of the 'it's too far out of the way' excuse eh? 
Those pillars look like they're covered with marble, which also provides a nice contrast with the metal.
The second level that is used for the exercise bikes is a nice touch that looks even better with the stairs that have a solid, semi transparent barrier, as opposed to just a solid rail. The T.V. screens are a nice touch since people arn't bored while pedaling.
The only problem i have with this rendering is that with the perspective you have the picture taken at, it looks like i would be constantly hitting my head on the second level, if you had somthing that gave the scale it wouldn't look like the inside of my school bus (Bend down or suffer the consequesces! eg. concussion.)
anyways that's just a perspective thing, if it wasn't in that perspective though we wouldn't be able to see the upper level as well.
