...Very sexy from top to toes, though I think her hair needs to be in motion if she's swinging from one spot to another: this can be a simple angle change, with her hair slightly in one direction to convey motion.

Overall fantastic job! One thing that stood out to me is that you have her posed like she's flying through the air shooting a web, but her hair is totally motionless. I'd expect it to look a bit more windswept if she had as much forward momentum as the drawing seems to be implying.

I feel bad criticizing such a great piece.

Compliments first.
So dynamic, really feels like a body in motion even thought obviously it's posed for glamour.  Great texture, it's sexy and I could easily imagine it animated.
Damn that hair looks great.

Nitpicky comments.
Her right arm (screen left) looks stubby, instead of looking like it's pointed backward.
Face is good, I think you still need a little work on noses.

The face does look a lot better; I think the problem was how high up on the face you were putting the eyes. There's still something about the skin that I just can't put my finger on, though. Maybe I'm just not used to seeing such soft lighting used.
