never played a Dragon Quest game but if the art is close to this it seems like a sereis worth trying.

Bold colors, exciting pose and expression, Dragon Quest VIII hero, what's not to love? I also like the expressive sketch lines. Really nice all around.

I only played DQVII and VIII out of the series, but VIII was a pretty awesome game. Nice job on this.

IX is pretty rad. not much in the way of plot but character customisation and class freedom is lots of fun
