Model sheet for the Troll from the Three Billy Goats Gruff.

Uni character design assessment. Had to pick a character from a fairy tale and do a model sheet for him/her/it.

I wanted my Troll to evoke a combination of impressions. Of being stupid but cunning, devious and not terribly bright. I wanted a comical form to his body, but be give the impression of being able to do some damage if he wanted to. It is essentially meant to be a really silly villian, and the warts stop him from being too sympathetic.
