Alas, it all seems so tragic...  The middle sketch seems to show that Ruby cared dearly for Bronwyn.  Surely, leaving her behind could not have been an easy thing to do.  Also, my memory might be failing me, but I hadn't realized that Maugrim and Ari's father had met.  Love the emotion in the last two sketches.  Good job.

I love this sooooo much, and I'm pretty sure you know why. The small little hints you've given along the way about Ruby and her life are subtle but superb, and ahhhhh I have such a soft spot for the little kit she's holding here!  

Poor Ruby, she's gone through so much, but I'm so impressed with how strong she is despite it all. She wont let the hardships she's suffered defeat her. She's so determined, and I really admire that about her. I hope she finds the happiness she deserves one day soon.
