This is beautiful. You really get the feel that someone sat down and planned this city out from scratch one day.
I'm guessing Founders Rise is where the city is run from, and the Commons is some kind of shared parkland, but what about Scholars Square and the yellow bit tucked in next to the Blue District?

I really like it, Sapiento. 
Feels like a real purpose-built town, and you can guess how it developed, based on the district names and the general layout. I'll hazard a guess: The Blue District is where the economic and financial matters are dealt with, and Neue Stadt is where most of the accomodation and housing are, right ?
