OMIGOSH, you said "hobbit burger" and I simultaneously thought of a new restaurant called "Hobbit Burger" and burgers made of hobbit meat, and now I'm both laughing and disgusted at myself smh.

Oh..... I see! I would say 'impressed' in English, because we usually use 'exquisite' to describe something, like, "That painting is exquisite!" People don't usually refer to themselves as exquisite.
