Hey all! I got another one done in my series of Riku drawings I plan on doing in this particular style. This one is his KH2 style, and I wanted to have Destiny Islands behind him showing him in a new light since the ending of KH2. The title is what it is because he did redeem himself and now that he has his redemption, his heart is more at peace. So here you go! I hope you guys enjoy this one just as much as you did the blindfold series I did of him.
I'm not sure which I plan to do next, but I'm going to eventually create his child/BBS version, KH1/CoM version, Dark/Replica version, and his Dream Drop Distance version. Days and KH2 are out of the way now! Which one would you guys like to see next?Β Thank you in advance for any comments and/or faves!

I think this one is less greater than the last one, for one thing, the last piece has some promising features such as highlighting the hair through black background, but now the background seems more brighter and Riku's hair doesn't show any darker which would have been a good idea,kupo.

Ummm no? In brighter light one's hair does not show darker... He does have highlights in his hair... That's a sunset behind him after all. I didn't ask for critique, but thanks.

No I really don't, because Riku does not have dark hair. He has platinum hair with shades of lavendar in it. Making his hair darker would've ruined that part of his character.

He's not in shadows... he's in a sunset, therefore his hair is not going to be dark in the sunset. Here's a pic of what his hair looks like in the dark:

I don't feel I did anything wrong with this hair in terms of shading or highlighting in either drawing...

If I don't draw his Tron form in a series, I will eventually draw it because it just looked so badass! And yes! I loved riding the light cycle with him in that game. xD So fun!

I really like this style and the different frames, it offers a really nice perspective<3 and Riku looks fab as per the norm^^Β

Yes! It's essentially the same as the Days drawing, just the frames are a bit different and the images are a bit different. I plan on doing something like this for all of them.
