Description:
NOOTO - Nothing out of the ordinary
Just what the title says. It's CleanGlass with no glass + new startmenu, captionbuttons, scrollbutton, taskbar. The rest is the same.

Copy everything in the 'Theme' directory to %WinDir%\Resources\Themes\
Take ownership of your explorer.exe in the Windows folder (%WinDir%), rename it to explorer.exe.backup, copy the explorer.exe in the folder that corresponds to your operating system (ex: if your OS is 64bit, then take the explorer.exe from Resources\x64\) to %WinDir%. Restart your computer or restart explorer.exe from the task manager. Take ownership of your explorerframe.dll in the System 32 folder (%WinDir%\System 32), rename it to explorerframe.dll.backup, copy the explorerframe.dll in the folder that corresponds to your operating system (ex: if your OS is 64bit, then take the explorerframe.dll from Resources\x64\) to %WinDir%\System 32. Restart your computer or restart explorer.exe from the task manager and select NOOTO or NOOTO Basic from the Windows theme selector.
In order to make the aero version's frames look correct, it is required to have downloaded and ran PacMani's HideBlur Tool for Windows 7 (found here: [link] or [link] ).

I love this theme! It would be perfect for minimalist desktop lovers if it didn't have those glitches.

Hello and there is few things I'd like you to "fix" in next patch or add.
First of all the Start orb only works if the bar is on bottom, please make it so that you can use it in top too.

Hi, I followed the instructions in the ReadMe but my start button is still the same old regular windows 7 start button. Any help to change it to the NOOTO button would be great! I'm running windows 7 64 bit.

i loved this theme when i had vista! and its still looking pretty good on 7, with some minor problems. will it be possible to make a version that doesnt require disabling the blur?

also noticed this issue...
- when taskbar program buttons are stacked for the same programs [aka "combine, hide labels" mode], the stack visual is not visible unless the mouse hovers over the stack. the stack visual also need to be skinned to fit this skin's style.

hey Satukoro, i'm a big fan of the nooto skin! this skin is awesome and i'm glad you are finally porting it for win7! 
- system font size is too small and hard to see. can you make it normal win7 size? [this also causes a problem for text fields in which the text looks like it floats towards the top]
- window min/max/close buttons have too much empty pixel space on the right. can you reduce it to look more like the original nooto?
- window title text should be center justified instead of left justified [like original nooto]
- a glitch with right click menus having a dark gray bar at the bottom until you hover the mouse over it
- start menu program recent list arrow should be same light gray as the text instead of black [to make it easier to see]
- missing search text field in start menu
- progress bar color highlight animation should be a similar blue used in this skin [not green]. green doesn't fit the color scheme of this skin.
- taskbar system tray arrow icon should now point upwards, not towards the left.
- taskbar program buttons highlight gradient looks too banded [pixelated] when using thick taskbar mode. can you redo the gradients at the larger resolution to make them smoother?
- taskbar program buttons highlight on current program is not blue when mouse hover over it. the gray hightlight doesn't stand out against the taskbar. can you make it easier to see [like original nooto]?
- taskbar program buttons needs to visually differ between pinned program and unpinned programs
- a glitch with taskbar program buttons briefly showing the original win7 color highlight effect after mouse hovers off them
- start menu flyout menus have too much vertical empty space between lines of text. this causes them to take up too much vertical space. you can see this problem by making the control panel be displayed as a menu instead of as a link [taskbar > properties > start menu tab > customize button].
- taskbar quick launch popup menu button doesn't look correct when mouse hover over it. you can see this problem by adding quick launch to win7. to do so, add this location as a taskbar toolbar: %appdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch . more info and screens at: [link]
