This is beautiful, I was merely trying to make some eyes for a dragon mask I'm making and was trying to figure out the tools you used. I didn't expect to see such an amazing dragon sculpture in the making. ^ u ^

Thanks for the wonderful compliment. So glad you enjoyed the postings. Sadly, my dragon sits on a shelf at the moment, neglected because of a billion other priorities. I will finish it eventually; just not sure when... Good luck with your dragon mask. If you post pictures of it, be sure to drop me a note.

Thanks, Laura! I'm actually pretty surprised myself. I've watched the 'experts' do this for years, but never really jumped into the carving end of the process. Of course I still ask for feedback from them as I go along, but the design and sculpting is all my own.

Really, no problem I will probably never do a sculpture like this, but I enjoy reading your tutorial and see how you do it. So, for me it is no rush
