Hi there
Long time no new tutorial! Have been really busy with my study! So yeah, I was inspired by a cat of the neighborhood, she has really pretty golden eyes!
So I wanted to make a tutorial out of it! A mixture of human and catlike eyes! ( Also reminds me of Magnes Bane from the Mortal instruments <3 )

For the yellow sparkles, I made a new layer and set that particular layer to "luminosity". That gives you that shiny effect! I also use other layermodes, like overlay and multiply! You can test them out your self in Easy Paint Tool SAI!

Also feel free to leave suggestions for other tutorials!!!
