Outsiders are alien beings made up of Helium II whom serve as information traders throughout the galaxy. Any and all information has price which is determined by how much it will effect the civilization they are selling it to. However, they spend much of their time following star seeds. They also live in the vacuum of space, "feed" on thermoelectricity, and are so fragile that the Earth's moon's gravity is considered too much for them.
