I've been looking everywhere for this. Thanks so much. The template should be able to print straight onto A4 without resizing thanks to there being little difference between Letter and A4, right?

I use 225g/m2 but i recommend you to paste the pattern to heavy cardstock or slim corrugated cardstock.

Is this Heavy cardstock : business card paper ?

The business card paper is 225g/m2. By Heavy cardstock i mean the brown (sometimes grey) cardboard sometimes refered as soap box type althought it is used for cereals and many other things.
