Both kinda have the sexual related stuff going on, but Offenderman's more like a rapist with no limits, and my brain picked up on that for some reason. And yeah, I'm guessing no one would really like Offender.

There are different ways from what I've seen - since there are different ways someone can make a Slender OC - but the one I was using for my own OCs was that someone had to donate blood in order to turn someone.

A proxy is almost like a servant and do as the boss asks them to do but they can rebel if wished. The boss sends them on missions and such
