Cuts and bruises on face and neck: When she pins her victim down to kill they try to get away by punching and clawing at her neck and face

Missing eye: It was gouged out by a girl in her school when she was younger during a fight.

Cuts on hands: From her cutting her hands again from the struggling victim or on sharp objects when she's chasing after the victim.

Others: When chasing, her clothing gets stuck on trees, sharp corners and such.
