then use reference photos, but it has to be a real person, not a cartoon. Its still better to have some experience drawing real people.. when you have experience in understanding the body, soon you can also draw even with no model

thats a kind of usefull...but i know that i'll not get better just with nice tutorial like this ...so PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!!!!
oh yeah i always try to use my own body but i don't have a nice mirror (the better its at my sister's roon and she get annoyed really ealisy if i go there every time 
and , the woman's neck at that exemple just looks too long...or maybe i'm too used with short neck Oo?
