Truth be told, that chin & those interlocking crocodilian teeth remind me of our friend Zilla...albeit with draconic cheek-fringes & a decidedly nastier gleam to his eye. As for those fins...the structure on that main ridge is familiar as well, but the color scheme is neat as all get out. And as ever, wicked work on the hind & foreclaws, not to mention that agile crouch.

JODER!,I really like the design that you gave him!,

Here is my opinion:
the pose of the creature is very well donehe very well done in terms of anatomy,the fin is good,in theory the fins are like zillas,that are three rows not one,
and the head crest was meaned to be alosaur like,because he is a big mutated alosaur
the rest is very well,maybe thanks to this I'll do some little changes
