The basic look to him is kinda cool, though...

It might be some sort of 'Hydra=Hulking Villainous Monstrosity' complex....sure works for Ghidorah or D&D's version of Tiamat, but why not think out of the box?
As for the hindfeet...that might be the way that near one's rotated. It does look a bit lizardy.

I think that's probably it, on both counts. That ankle just looks...broken, I guess, though it's probably just me.

Actually, the feet don't look THAT bad...the additional toe-padding is fairly neat. As for the legs, they may seem skinny, but they're still fairly well-defined for a lanky speedster-type. Speaking of which, H.G. has a definite point...for some reason, multi-headed critters tend to be bulked-up. Finally, sweet Ghidorah-style heads.

Thanks! Humm, good point. The toe padding could actually be good for a running beast. It's just...that back foot looks funny.
And yeah, multiheaded critters are usually bulky. I wonder why that is...they think they need more muscle to support another neck and head, perhaps?

Actually, I think this is very nice. The feet are a little large, but are otherwise quite nice and I like the "tooth-pick" legs. They give a lean and agile look - something unexpected for a two head beast. Nice work, even if it is old.

You may say it is hideous, but I still think I can't really draw dargons as well as you can.
