Hello:
Β This looks great!, the classic ways sure have a feeling that fully digital means cannot match yet.
Β Keep it up!

The timing is a bit strange. It looks like it's going slow motion at the beginning, but accelerates to light speed all of a sudden! Try only drawing the key drawings first, and experiment with the timing.

I need more experience and practice. I animated this one "straight ahead" with no key drawings. I may try to fix it, or do better on the next one. Maybe we can talk about animation from time to time, eh?^^

Ah yes, animating straight ahead is hard, but gives the motion a more natural feel, if you get it right. Practice makes perfect!

Yes, I practice using straight ahead animation, but I'm also working with keys and in-betweens. It's the best way if you're doing a long, complex animation and want things to reach the right place at the right time. Yep, gotta keep practicing. Do you animate?

Yeah,, I'd guess you'd know . Perhaps we might make animation talk at times. Good luck to you.

Thank you so much. I keep experimenting, trying to make the animation better. By the way, I may develop T.J. into a regular character.

Hmmm, this is kinda a strange one. It's starts off really slow as if it is in slow motion and then it speeds up towards the end. Was this the intent that you were after? If not, I would take some drawings out at the beginning so it all runs at the same speed.
