Station Twenty Seven "Presidential Crew" is located on Presidential Ave (aka 9th Ave) in Downtown Bayside, East River County. It is home to Engine Twenty Seven, Engine Two Seventy Two, Foam One, Foam Two, the Tactical Support Team, the Special Detail Battalion, and District One. The Tactical Support Team is part of the Special Detail Battalion, and is a team of firefighters who are sworn Bayside Police Department SWAT Medics, who act as manpower support for the Special Detail Battalion and can secure scenes for the Bayside Police Department and the Federal Government should they arrive to an incident scene first and the need arise. The Special Detail Battalion consists of Engine Two Seventy Two, Foam One, Foam Two, and the Tactical Support Team. The Special Detail Battalion it tasked with providing fire protection at the Red House whenever the presidential helicopter is using it's landing pad. All four units, plus the Special Detail Battalion will stage outside the Red House compound whenever the president is leaving or returning to his house. The Special Detail Battalion reports directly to the Shift Commander rather than to a District Chief. District One oversees the day to day operations of Battalion One, and Battalion Six. Station Twenty Seven is part of Battalion One, District One, and serves as headquarters for the Special Detail Battalion, and District One.

Update 9/24/23: The former Engine Twenty Seven Two (DP0902) has been retired, and placed up for sale due to age. The former Tactical Response Team (CM1214) has been moved to replace the older Reserve Car Four in the reserve pool. The former Special Detail Battalion (CM1215) had major mechanical issues and was placed out of service. The current Tactical Response Team (FM2301) was donated by the Deviant Republic Department of Homeland Security.

Engine Twenty Seven (Shops # EP2017) Engine Twenty Seven is staffed by up to: 1 FF/Engineer (EMT/Paramedic), 1 Lieutenant (EMT/Paramedic), and 2 of either FF/EMTs and/or FF/Paramedics. Total normal staffing: 4 and maintains a ALS response level. Engine Twenty Seven is set up with four hosebeds: one with 1000' of 5" large diameter supply hose preconnected to a four way hydrant valve, one with 500' of 2 1/2" supply/attack hose, one with 300' of 1 3/4" attack hose, and one empty tray used to store three 150' high rise packs of 1 3/4" attack hose. In addition to it's hosebeds, Engine Twenty Seven also carries three 150' preconnected 1 3/4" crosslays, one 8' segment of 5" hard suction hose, one 15' segment of 5" large diameter supply hose in the front bumper tray, and one 25' segment of 2 1/2" supply/attack hose in the engineer's compartment. Foam Two (Shops # OP1701) Foam Two is staffed by up to: 1 FF/EMT or FF/Paramedic. Total normal staffing: 1 and maintains a BLS response level. Foam Two is set up with two 150' preconnected of 1 1/2" booster reels for delivering purple K extinguishing agent, two 200' preconnected trays of 1 3/4" attack hose, one 16' ladder, one 24' extension ladder, one PPV fan, and battery operated extrication tools.

Tactical Support Team (Shops # FM2301) The Tactical Support Team is staffed by up to: 1 Captain (EMT/Paramedic), and 3 of either FF/EMTs and/or FF/Paramedics. Total normal staffing: 4 and maintains a ALS response level. When Utility Fifteen is being used for special operations, a FF/EMT or FF/Paramedic from the Tactical Support Team will staff Utility Fifteen. The Tactical Support Team carries one set of forcible entry tools, one dry chemical extinguisher, four spare SCBA bottles, two rolls of fire scene tape, one decon kit, one extraction kit for active shooter or downed VIP aircraft calls, one bison cooler full of water, one bolt cutter, spare trunked radios, radio chargers, two handheld VHF radios, one thermal imaging camera, one gas monitoring device, one automotive lockout kit, the crews ballistic PPE, the crews structural PPE, spare ballistic PPE, four AR-15 patrol rifles, one mobile data terminal, city map books, county map books, city wide hazard pre plan books, one lifepak, one trauma jump bag, one oxygen jump bag, one maternity jump bag, one spare M-15 oxygen cylinder, and a ALS jump bag.
