Well, I understand how to add sound now. But do you know any websites where you can download any music9sound effects. A couple of days ago, I tried adding some sound but an error would pop up and say that flash couldn't read it...

Ahh right. Flash is very picky about varying bitrates. Do you have any sound editting software like Cool Edit Pro, or Adobe Audition? Try running the sound through something like that and changing the file to an mp3 or a wav. (But beware, WAVs are huge.)
