This one's really interesting, Scott (not to suggest the others aren't!), the overexposed/stark contrast and fish-eye type effects are quite cool!

I can tell you're having fun, and it feels like you're exploring more with these pieces. I like how they are a little confusing at first (what is negative space, what is the positive space?), but then it all magically snaps together. If you haven't , you might want to check out some early Berni Wrightson ('A look Back' is a great book, IMO), he's great with stark blacks & whites... any of his old EC type horror and Swamp Thing in particular.

He's got the Goonies vibe alright. But I like the bone structure. It's almost a vampire-bat-like cranium. (I tried drawing a couple the other day). Neat!
