Here is the finished drawingThe drawing is officially titled:
Supernatural #6 Sam Winchester "Unleashing The power Within"
The drawing features portraits of Jared Padalecki as "Sam Winchester" and Genevieve Cortese as the Demon "Ruby" from season 4 of the TV series "Supernatural"

I Loved Genevieve Padalecki's portrayal of Ruby! I thought she was so much better than the first Ruby

gotta admit, i really don't like her, i thought that each of them brought something diffresnt to the role though, the first was a bullying bitch, and Gen's version was more the cajoling, dominant replacement for Dean - although Dean didn't realise it he'd become as much of a drill sargent as John just in a diffrent way, and that was what Sam needed at that time, someone to tell him what to do and love him, but still kick his ass sometimes, and when Dean was gone Ruby had seen enough to know how to take advantage of Sam and become Deans replacement
as i said i don't like the woman, but after seeing the way Jared talks about her, you can see how much he loves her and how happy he is, what more could anyone wish for someone they admire? i just hope she never hurts him or she'll have some really rabid fangirls and boys huting her as if she was a demon...

i am truly astounded of your art!! I never really gave a thought color pencils could be used to well and masterfully~ i've recently have a phase to start using color pencils instead of just pencils and pen; your art works just made me even more inspired to practice with color pencils! so thanks a bunch for showing your art!!
P.s. How long did it take you to master your coloring pencil technique to make that amazing art?
P.s.s Would be kind to tell me where you get strathmore colored papers - i can only find natural white or white. Also do you use medium or premium Drawing strathmore??

in answer to your questions
I have been usig prismacolor color pencils for quite some time now, I originally started drawing by using chalk pastel pencils but found them too messy for someone who lived in a small apartment. I found that I could get an equally desired effect using the prismacolors with a lot less mess.
you can usually find Strathmore colored papers in most art supply specialty stores, if by chance you do not live in an area that has an art supply store or if you are outside the US you can order the papers on-line at Dick Blick.com they are an excellent company and I have delt with them for many years.
there are several weights (thickness)available for Strathmore papers, personally I prefer the heavier weight variety, also if you can not find Strathmore papers you can use just about any brand of artist grade colored paper. also you can use the regular white papers... I use the colored papers because it is a personal preference on mine...point is just about any paper will work so let your inspiration and imagination run free, you will be amazed at what you will create. (LOL once I even did a drawing using the paper from a simple brown paper bag you get from the grocery store)
