"The great task placed upon me over two decades ago, as I took my position as the Master Archivist in the service of the Holy Concordat, to gather together a comprehensive map of the known world and the territories of the Great Houses of the Concordat, as well as the barbarian infidels that oppose us, has finally been completed. From the preserved datacells gathered from the vaults of my house, records of the other Great Houses, reports of our agents across the City, and even tales from the relic hunters and adventurers braving the wastes, I have, with the assistance of my acolytes, put together what I can only describe as the most accurate map of the great City since the ancient days of the Gilded Era. Though much knowledge was lost during the succession wars, and many areas of the City have become nearly incomprehensible due to rampant mutation and the spread of the warrens, we hope that this map will at least provide sufficient degree of information to the Sovereign Council so it can aid the High Lords in their wise deliberations" - Dotoshny Pisets of House Zhdun, Master Archivist of the Concordat.
