I truly love Owls and Crows, what we should do is train those that live in our cities for doing useful task in exchange for food and other necessities. They are very smart and we can establish a good relationship.

Lol! I'm not a huge Harry Potter fan, but I understand you're witty joke you're representing here and it's absolutely brilliant. Birds are my favorite animal, Owls even more so and the anatomy is perfect and extremly accurate, yet there is a bit of personification here, especially with the crow's smirk and evil-ish eye. In other words....
