"Now I understand.. Endings and beginnings are within the fissure. That riven cleft of stars that acts as both a wall and a bridge. And though I am unable to understand the flow of stars that brought my Myst book into worthy hooves, I am sure, served as a safe passage for my friend. The age of Riven is closed forever.. But the people of riven are free. and now I am at rest. Understanding that in books, and ages.. And life.. The ending can never truly be written."Day 58 for the daily took me about 2.5 hours. It was done using ink and a brush primarily, then I used watercolour crayons for the rest, with a highlight of white gouache for a finishing touch, and the stars.
This one is dedicated to my love for the Myst series. I've never been more obsessed with any universe, aside from the one containing all these pastel ponies.
