Before life itself could proceed (and Ramara could punish Arkenstone in whatever way she decided fit), the whole world melted away as Arkenstone caught sight of something perfectly white shining against the ground. She approached it cautiously, ignoring the look Ramara was giving her, and stared at it for the longest time. Suddenly she felt a sharp cold pierce on her ear and she leapt back, practically crashing into Ramara as she did so. Ramara snorted and pinned her ears in response, but suddenly her attention was caught, too, as dozens of the small white sparkles began descending from the sky in a curtain of white light. The two horses directed their gaze upwards and watched as their world changed colors, and all the greys and greens were mercilessly drowned in white. And as Ramara glanced over at Arkenstone, she realized this had to be her first experience with snow.

This was such a new angle for me I used a Spirit screenshot on my ipod in front of the computer when I drew this, but I only referenced certain parts, the rest I drew: The general shape/position of the heads, the eyebrows, Arkenstone's ears, Arkenstone's eyes, and Ramara's mouth were what I got from the reference. I myself am pretty satisfied this doesn't look at all like the screen shot
