Would you suggest putting the eye macros under the stock>macro category or in anatomy? I've always wondered.

I'm not even sure. I think both work, and people put them in both, and I search in both. Personally, I'd put them under anatomy, though.

do you hav to take them in very bright lighting? Im having problems with it

Brighter lighting helps cameras take pictures faster, so it may help. If you can adjust the ISO on your camera, you could try raising it. A higher ISO allows more light into the camera. However, raising the ISO also increases the grain.
