Description
Another glimpse of my cross-stitch work-in-progress. I've finally finished the first horse, and will soon be working on the other two. You can already see some of the foal's muzzle. It's going to be huge when it's done, but it's been fun to work on in my spare time.Related content

Thanks ^.^ I'm trying not to let it overwhelm me by working on one part at a time. I think I'll move onto the foal next, then work on the stallion. I'll save the background for last, since there is a lot of space there x3 It'll look really nice when it's done though.

Awesome :3 I can see the second horse's head kind of peeking in.

Yep, that's the foal x3 The stallion will be resting his muzzle against the mare's back. I still need to add them, then the stream they are standing in, the grass, the sky, and a tree. It's pretty big, but fortunately most of it is half stitch. That'll be a lot easier then doing a full cross.

I don't remember exact dimensions, but it'll be longer than a foot and a good eight to ten inches wide. The cloth is also eighteen count, which is a really small stitch size. Sixteen count is usually standard, which is what the wolf, jack russel, and puma were.

Ah well I guess you have your work cut out for you then xD Any idea what your next one will be?

I have so many choices, it's hard to choose one x3 I might work on a winter scene pattern with deer walking through the snow covered forest, though this one tiger pattern I have looks much easier. I also have a red fox pattern that I've been pretty eager to work on. That one might actually be the easiest out of all three, since I only have to focus on the fox busts and maybe some long grass.

The fox sounds interesting ^^ But I'm sure whatever you choose will turn out great.

They are all really pretty, so I know they'll all turn out great ^.^ The fox one might be a nice, quick pattern though after working on the horse one for so long.

Yeah you might want to try something simpler after that x3

It's always nice, working on a smaller pattern after finishing a large one. They certainly seem to go by a lot quicker x3
