I believe I got it at A.C. Moore, while Dimensions and Gold Collection were still in business (they may still be in business, but I haven't seen anything in stores for ages). I think you can still get it on Amazon though, or Etsy or Ebay. The pattern is Dimensions White Magic counted cross-stitch.
