Abilities: Telepathy, mind reading(only if dragon is asleep), can levitate self and inanimate objects(and dragons if they are hanging onto/attached to said objects or are asleep), teleportation(only himself or a dragon who is willing to be teleported or one who is asleep), can create force fields to protect those around him for a short period of time, future vision
Weaknesses: Must sleep for fifteen days after using powers. May fall asleep sooner if he uses too much power in a short amount of time. Being a dragonet, he is physically very weak and cannot hunt or fight physically. Cannot fly without the use of his psychic abilities.
History: Was very sick after he first hatched. Father gave him to the Black Ghost organization and allowed him to be experimented on. Was made Experiment 001 after showing great promise.
Other: Highly intelligent, more so than some adult dragons. Somewhat sarcastic and has been known to wait until the last minute to help others. Can be manipulative. Show great caution and do not underestimate.

I love how he's so overpowered the creator of this series literally had to make him a baby who's asleep 90% of the time, otherwise he could have stopped Black Ghost single handedly himself.
