Start from the Beginning
Sorry for the inactivity and delay I've had a lot to deal with this summer that I really didn't see coming. That's how life always hits you though, you can never be prepared
But anyways here is the start of Chapter 2! I think I need to work on some filler pages and chapter covers soon so as it's not so jarring when you flip between chapters..

OK, you know what my favorite bit about this is?
The Lighting.
Now I ain't a Frans fan myself. But I'd be lying if I said that the details you put on this is SUPERB.
If others are pressuring you to pump out stuff, just ask them to make their own comic with their very fast hands.

Ah, fuck, this was so worth the wait. Please, don't feel pressured to hammer the pages out or feel guilty for it--those who aren't patient? They should make their own comic. This is worth every second.
I mean. Do I even need to mention how much I love your art at this point? Well, fuck it, I know I like getting bigass comments, so prepare for trouble. And make it double. (...I may have been rewatching Pokemon as of late.) I mean, jeez. I don't know how you do it, but I think my favourite part of your art is how warm-looking your lighting is? Especially when that light reflects on fabric-material. It feels tangible, but it's also almost fairy-tale like? As if Frisk is caught in the midst of it and they can't quite get out. Anytime you put detail into backgrounds is superb, actually. In my opinion, they're your strongest piece. Not to say that anything else you draw isn't of equal talent, but I get a real earnest sense that you adore putting all the detail into the backgrounds.
Plus, I love how you make the flowers glow. Ahh, you just make it so magical.
Flowey as always, is a concerned little bean and I adore him. Even though I will admit it seems more likely that HE would be the one to want to usher Frisk out of there as soon as possible, it's a nice little reversal. It's almost like he's a concerned little brother for Frisk. (Maybe there's more of Asriel poking out of those petals than he wants to believe?)
My only *slight* critique is that the text-boxes when Frisk first wakes up--the "light is harsh" and the "it must be early morning" didn't really need to be added. Your art already shows it enough through the body language, you didn't need the extra supplementary. It already showed it, no need to tell it. ^_^
And also: ANOTHER PERSON WHO DRAWS FRISK WITH *BLUE* EYES YES. YES. HELL TO THE YES. OR MAYBE THEY'RE BLUE-GREY OH WHO CARES I AM JUST AMAZED AND HAPPY BECAUSE BLUE-EYED FRISK *NEEDS* TO BE A BIGGER THING--

I'm really glad you voiced your opinion on the lighting effects too because I was really unsure of it myself but if it feels more fairy tale like then that is a good thing
Putting details into the backgrounds is the best part because I don't have to worry about lines as I don't use them for that which allows me to get more creative with the colors and details. I am going to use much fainter lines from now on for the characters and a different tool which is less "scratchy" looking and more painterly like I drew the characters on paper which I quite enjoy the effect of
The flowers glowing just makes it for me
Yeah bless little Flowey I think he definitely wants to get Frisk out of there but at the same time she hasn't eaten for awhile! I want him to be a concerned parent sort of figure for this. Plus I felt the determination of Frisk to keep going would suit her better as the one urging them on their journey. It was definitely the other way around in the original transcript but I felt for those reasons that I should change it around c:
Ah yes please critique as much as possible! It is the only way I will get better! Glad to hear the art is showing it already! I was unconfident it would hence the adding of the thoughts of Frisk and also to allow the reader to be "in Frisk's head" so to speak
I shall take note of this though and include my movement and progressive scenes without them!
Haha yes! The blue eyes I feel show more of a "colder" out look to life and give more of a gentle presence to her character. Red eyes would be too disruptive to her design and would convey aggression rather than her kindness. Also Sans' eyes being red already parallel nicely with the blue in Frisk's eyes which is a nice touch
