Start from the Beginning
Hey all so recently I've been just a little obsessed with Flowerfell, the AU of Undertale, and it's written fanfic "Overgrowth".
In this version, a girl falls into the underground and befriends Flowey (who is good in this run) and tries to make their way out of the underground. But strangely, everytime they die, a new golden flower grows on them...
Frisk as she is named is a kind soul that never wants to be rude to anyone and so is always polite, leading to her death quite a few times ;V;

So I wanted to do a full comic around this but I don't think I have the time or commitment for that so I'm going to do a series of shorts revolved around this story. Some will stay true to the original material and some won't.

Please don't judge but this comic page is messy and I might stick to that style because it means I can get pages done faster
The Flowerfell comic is a tribute to Siviosanei's AU and fanfiction 'Overgrowth'. The story doesn't belong to me and my art only serves to bring the story to life.
Any extra scenes or dialogue are there to help explain motivations, fill plot holes or give characters a 3D feel. The overarching story and plots will stay the same.

TECHNICALLY frisk most likely won't die because electricity flows where it is least resist.
i doubt that it would stop her heart but let's ignore that for now

Considering all muscle movements in the body are triggered by Na+ and CL- ion voltage gates, any electrical interference is potential to interfering the amount of ions flowing through the channels or the opening and closing of the gates themselves.
I believe it definitely has the potential to stop the heart with a high enough voltage or current. A current of just 100-200milliamps will kill a person, if not immediately, then fatality should follow soon after as the heart will stop from an imbalance in electrolytes or if the current and voltage are high enough, may just fry the muscles and skin.
Hands are definitely more resistant than your ears, but Frisk has also been sweaty from a fight and is exposed to snow so she likely has wet skin, which has a likely resistance of only 100ohms.
It is all too possible that a human can die from electrical shocks, however not every instance would.
As we do not know the voltage and current for sure, this scenario still stands within reason.

But in normal undertale,isn't everything powered by magic,and besides,if those sparks are that long
i think that is well over a million volts,
I did some maths and found that the breakdown voltage in air for 25-50cm is roughly around 590000 to 1200000v
and based on observations i think the arcs go about that distance.(i used our typical air pressure or else frisk would be dead if the pressure is too low or too high(oxygen level does matter for survival and so do air pressure)
which could have easily killed sans no matter how insulated he is,as high voltage can jump through air and that flimsy bones and that jacket could be a good conductor compared to air.so sans is already dead even before he came to frisk.
solids can conduct electricity better than air
because they are in a crystal lattice that lets electrons jump from atom to atom easily.
bones are an integral part of the human body when stress is applied to the bone, the bone produces a current within itself.
and since bones are more conductive than air,sans will have a bad time.
Although air is normally an excellent insulator, when stressed by a sufficiently high voltage (an electric field of about 3 x 106 V/m or 3 kv/mm), air can begin to break down, becoming partially conductive,
and besides,it is impossible to store that much energy in such a small gap.so it down it goes to the toilet
I think that sans's gadget is powered by his own magic(as monsters are made of magic).besides you didn't mention that frisk was electrocuted in this comic.so i think sans channeled his own magic through him into our little frisky's **** body, turning her into roasted lump of meat.sans would have enjoyed that ***** and them *****.

Hmmm well, as I said before, you do not need a high voltage to kill someone, it is more about the current.
The electricity (if it is, as the original creator never told us) is not travelling through air, it is passed through physical contact between two solids, both of which, are lubricated from the snow and sweat, hence, a lower resistance.
This makes the argument that the voltage is breaking down in the air irrelevant. That would be relevant if the subject matter was lightning, which, relies heavily on air pressure and currents.
We have no idea what Sans is made out of, as he is a Monster and so is Magic, it is safe to assume, he will not react the same as the biological structure of bones we know of. For all we know he could be completely resistant.
For all we know, he may not even be made from atomically built structures.
Once again I will repeat that you don't need a high voltage and immense power to disrupt biological systems, so the argument of the small 'space for storage' is also irrelevant. And again, the case comes, that we simply don't know what Sans is using, if it is indeed electricity.
We also cannot know how Monster technology functions or how magic effects it, case and point, the dimensional boxes which can be accessed by phones in the underground. This already breaks all known laws of physics.
It is most likely that if Frisk was shocked by electricity, that functions similar to what we know in this world, that, yes she could well be burned to a crisp. This is only if the voltage was immensely powerful which I don't believe it was, because, as you seem to be pointing out in your arguments, a high voltage is very hard to contain, conduct and it's dangerous. A high current however, does not need a high voltage to kill, and most likely won't burn Frisk to a crisp. The body is immensely sensitive, and slight disruptions can cause fatality without burning to a crisp.
I appreciate the level of thought you've gone into this, it was fun to explore! ^^

Whoa well dam that was quick quickest death ever there gosh that was unexpected to start of this Undertale comic it was pretty intense & kinda cool squee anyway nice art style for this comic it looks rather slick & unique plus is this like an alternate universe where most of the characters from Undertale are different & a lot happens differently because let me tell ya its a sweet & interesting concept I like it

Oh yes it is an AU based off of Underfell where the characters are supposed to be more malicious than the original. Except this is Flowerfell so each time Frisk dies, she (a female in this version) gains a flower mysteriously and she doesn't understand why!
