Starting from the first page Frisk's hair is getting longer and longer, and she herself is looking older and prettier. Is this intentional or just a style development with time?

Haah indeed it is, that is due to my style changing as I've been getting comfortable with drawing the characters and using the new program (corel painter instead of GIMP). It is by no means intentional, though I might go back at some point and remake the old pages.
Another good spot, I was hesitant at having her eyes open because it is not how the character is written or portrayed physically however, I felt it necessary for the reader to connect better as eyes are an important part of the face.

Those freaking trees again. Alksalda;sfbasdvba\d. Wonderful. Amazing. Beautiful. So snowy. So treeeeny. Or something. I love the backgrounds. And I just noticed that the flowers on Frisk's body glow a little. That's a lovely touch.
(Ah, the Sans' shiny tooth. Love it. I want it. Not in my mouth, just to stare at the magnificent metal.)

She cannot get mad, even if she does, it is fanart dedicated to the original story. The reason she was upset in the first place was because people kept creating their own stories and claiming Flowerfell as their own. I've done nothing like that and instead it is a dedication to the story she says is cannon.
Furthermore, legally my artwork is protected by Deviantart's Creative Commons license and the original Overgrowth story is both untraceable and not licensed. So legally I can keep this up if I want to.

Throwing in my two cents here as someone who has followed the drama;
Sanei said fanfics and RP's and Kin were prohibited, as well as reposting their work (oh, yeah, Seadraz and VeronicaMiranda, Sanei uses "they/them" pronouns from what I remember), but I believe they were fine with cosplays and fanart. There's nothing that Seadraz is doing that I think would upset Sanei, but honestly I think they're tired of people contacting them about it, though they are literally uncontactable now due to all their blogs being password locked. Furthermore I believe Levi (the original author of Overgrowth) even said that fanfic continuations and art is fine?? The whole thing is very confusing and Sanei keeps taking down and backtracking on what rules there are (bar the kin and the reposting, which is honestly disgusting the way they were treated), which I know is confusing a lot of people. I honestly don't even know what's allowed anymore.
So, I might not be them, but as someone who did follow the drama, I believe this is just fine.

Okay, but for real. Considering that this is more of a transitional page than the last one was, this comment might not be as long as my other ones (though I will certainly fucking try because there is a lot of good here), but just some gushing--points, I mean POINTS, because I am a Composed Adult who does not lose track of mind because of stuff they are interested in gets an update... the fuck am I kidding I was giddy as fuck when I saw this in my inbox.
- Goddamn, I will NEVER tire of how you draw Underfell!Sans. It's a lot more unique than how I see other people draw Sans, but that's a good thing! You've got that fine balance between "pliable bone" but still "reserved and stiff" just right, a hair shy of Sans being recognisable as human, but there's still something ominous about him. Your facial expressions on him are amazing. Like. I have literally nothing to comment on other than they are incredible, and the side-eyed glare is just OOZING with resentment and shock and anger. How dare this girl be nice in a world like this? It has to be a cover-up. It has to. I've seen so many people adapt the "They're my precious Sweetheart" side of Sans, but not many delve into the distrustful and hatred he had for them in the beginning of Overgrowth. And if my memory serves from the original Flowerfell blog, it actually did go a lot darker than what we saw. ^_^
--Side note: You know, I do have to wonder if Sans' resentment and laziness did spur on Papyrus' workaholic tendencies? We know the brother's do care in their own way, so Papyrus becoming the workaholic obsessed with victory counteracts Sans' as the opposite extreme. Eh, that's just pondering.
- Again, I am loving how you're letting Frisk's body language and expressions tell most of their emotions. Her emotions. Eh I'm used to the gender-neutral terms so I apologise if I slip into those. Canonically, but even in the original Overgrowth story, Frisk's words were always carefully chosen, and you illustrate their emotions so well. More of her personality shines through here, too--and though I am hoping you allow for more personality beyond what Overgrowth gave us (that was my only gripe with the original, that Frisk's personality seemed a tad lacklustre), as wonderfully shown here. Frisk isn't just an all-forgiving angel. She has frustrations beyond crying out and putting her trust in strangers--she makes the effort, but won't blindly follow people (heh, pun intended for what happens later on.)
- Flowey. Just... Flowey. This poor boy he needs some saving grace. I do adore his little facial expressions though, it adds a little more comedy to the comic that really does let us see Asriel shine through a tad.
Just some very, very minor critiques;
- The "not anymore" text is a little hard to read. To really illustrate the point of forewarning, it might have been good to instead use the same font that Classic!Sans uses during the "you should be burning in hell" speech. I believe it is either "8BitOperator" or some kind of Sans-Serif font. For maximum effect, it might have been good to place the "Not anymore" during the next panel. Just to show that his threat is carrying on with Frisk.
- Frisk getting electrocuted: I feel like their posture was a tad too stiff for the slight dark-comedy it seems to be trying to portray. Your style is obviously a lot more realistic than most Undertale fanartists, which for the most part DOES work with this comic's general tone that it tries to portray. Yet when compared with Flowey's very anime-esque expression, I feel like Frisk could have been allowed a tad more exaggeration whilst also showing their terror. Furthermore, I do think their hair could have been slightly more sticky-upy.
But that's just very, VERY minor nitpicks to a personal preference. It shows the scene well and these are just very minor gripes of an otherwise very serviceable, and wonderful page.
... What's the thing I said at the start of this comment? "Might not be as long as the usual?" ....Yeah, I was talking bullshit. But seriously, this was great. Take your time with the next page, but I am looking forward to it!
