This looks awesome mate!
I was working on a similar taskbar style, too, but couldn't think of matching taskbar buttons
You however did a great job here!
The only thing that bothers me are your caption buttons...

you will understand if you use mac os lion ^^

simply the controls are same as on every mac on left and the icon on top right is just a design thing stolen from the new hovered window effect on lion
