I found this picture interesting and really wanted to illustrate it. I thought it was very striking. There appears to be a series of images by the artist Mou Aysha. Each portraying very striking portraits.

I wanted to do a fast illustration and so could not capture all the texture work that was apparent in the original image. Still, I do quite like how it came out.
