I like the blue, white and black theme, very nice to the eyes. I also like your shading of eyes and hair, very accurate for anime style.
The shading of the folds of the shirt and water looks a little off plus why do the water have a hive like structure. The white line where his hand goes into water could also be a bit transparent and the fingers more shapely. You can always use reference for shading and line art. Sorry about my bad English.
Overall a nice picture and keep up your good work!

The ring around his head from the water's surface looks like a halo, giving him the look of a fallen angel.
His expression seems melancholy but peaceful all the same, how interesting...

Of the ones you asked me to crit, this is the best. Nice color balance, decent pose and composition, good formal complexity. It's simple as a drawing, but carries some impact as a flat-shaded manga piece. Try more stuff like this and be sure to post-analyze your work... academically or by other method.

No one ever feels improvement. I don't since I began drawing. I can see it if I compare works from different years... but then I look away and I'm still drawing like I always used to.

This is really fantastic! The use of the colour blue as well as the different shades really adds an appealing touch to the overall piece and the effect is rather alike to water too. Very awesome use of details.

It looks like he's about to fall into a pool of water, yet I'm not entirely sure where he is. The piece has a very serene, surreal, and contemplative nature to it. His pose and facial expression really mesh with the minimal, subdued color palette; working to push said theme even further. My favorite details are the hexagon shapes and floating highlights. They add an abstract texture.

I really love his expressions and the color you use... I feel there is some sort of story to it, but I just don't know ^^ Of course, I can say, that you can work more on shading and putting highlights and so on, but I think everyone knows they have to practice to improve, so I'll skip that part ^^
One thing I'll mention though: at first I thought the thing he's partially immersed in (blue liquid) is some kind of gel or something electric. I mean it seems so sci-fi. Then I though it was water... So learning how to express the texture (don't know how to say otherwise) of the water would be useful)
