The background on this looks great - I love how he's melding into it. It seems like it can be taken as either water, or some sort of technological screen... Or maybe both! Either way it looks very cool. Very fitting with the title. Nice work!

The color of blue look very enlightening and the piece is filled with emotions but because of the hexagon look too forced and blurry, it didn't turn out well for the water. I still can't make things out of the left side of the collar. You might want to look at the hair in the water again because it look a bit unnatural. :L A fine piece I must say

One thing I'm very jealous of, is I could never do cell shading/coloring. Awesome job with that!
I know you said you wanted feedback, I don't know if that meant critique but just in case:
I'd say the atmosphere and coloring are the strongest points, the image definitely conveys emotions
I'd only truly say that you could work on the hand a bit, but hands are HARD, but taking the time to really study them will make it slightly more believable.
Otherwise very strong image!
