Well since its the only useful advice I can give people at the moment. [Since I dont really have a very set out colouring/drawing pattern >_>] and I thought there might be some people out there who just want to make simple touch ups to photos.
I might make a tutorial for collages next...but I'll wait till I have some photos to play with till I make that

I don't know if it's just me but that scarf makes your neck look a wee bit long. D|
But it might just be the letters and random opacity-ified lines. xDD

heheh yeah it just adds a bit more brightness to it, so it doesn't look so dull looking
