This was made in MS Paint and as such it works in MS Paint. I have several other tutorials here for both Windows XP Paint and Windows 7 Paint: selenaede.deviantart.com/galleβ¦

That means you missed Step 6 or else something happened that it didn't register. Step 6 is THE most important step.

I did follow that and the other step. Β I think that's not the MS Paint I have.

The steps work very differently in different MS Paints. I offer the tutorial for Windows 7 as well: selenaede.deviantart.com/art/Wβ¦
I have not used any other versions of Paint, so I would be unable to help you in versions like Windows 8. However, it does appear that not many changes have been made between Windows 7 and Windows 8 paint, so I would think the steps would still remain the same, although the location of some of the tools may be different.

Oh JESUS thank you, I've seen WAY TOO MANY single lined bases that I could use, but no idea how to do this. Hell, I used your TARDIS pony base and had to go through all the lines and change their color one at a time. You have NO IDEA how grateful I am for this.

i can translate it to spanish... but only with her permission
π: 0 β©: 2
SelenaEde In reply to KatrueYumeNikki [2013-11-17 23:29:05 +0000 UTC]
You absolutely have permission. It might be much easier and more accurate for you to do so, because I would have to try and use an internet translating device, which might make things jumbled or confused
