A quick tutorial on how to change the outline color of a base using Mac Paintbrush and Windows XP MS Paint.*It should be noted that I do not have nor do I use nor have I ever used Mac Paintbrush. As such this tutorial was made by doing a bit of research.

you don't need either, you just get a free trial or free screen recorder and edit it in windows movie maker to have text explaining it.

I went and redid it twice. Every time (btw I'm doing an Equestria Girls base if that matters) it comes out with the space whited out and it's always in transparent!
